Hall Healy
Over more than 30 years of working in business and non-profit organizations, 14 of which have been in the civil and environmental engineering business, I have successfully conducted facilitation, strategic planning and training in the United States and other countries. I have assisted municipalities, counties, Class I and Short Line railroads, Fortune 500Ò corporations and Boards of Trustees of non-profit institutions with planning and project management activities and with obtaining project funding. I have profitably managed business ventures and sold millions of dollars of products and engineering services to corporations and governmental entities.
